Are you Afraid of Market Crash ?

Are you afraid of market crash?

This is the obvious question an investor or trader comes across the market. The question is relevant also. Market has already recovered from March 2020 crash. It has surged to new highs but from February it is going no where. Though the market has recovered but wrath of Covid-19 has not left its place. Wave after wave its showing its new face. Vaccine production is under process but its not up to optimum level. Production needs to be done on a war basis. Although the vaccines will be delayed will have to take care of our self. Fear of Corona is still not went away. It is reflected in stock market. On first wave the market fell drastically. after the crash in 2020 market started recovering after 2 month and came at is original point on December 2020. But after Feb 2020 its not going anywhere. The Third wave is ahead of us and vaccine is not handy.

What should investors Do? Long term investors must stay calm and stay invested. Because we are having hope of vaccine. Market will go up and need not to worry. These small corrections must not bother you. Take it as an advantage and invest in dips. This will help you to gain extra profits in longer run. Be safe stay Invested.

What should Swing traders do? If you have noticed the market you would have seen that mid-caps and small-caps have out performed nifty and sensex. There are some stocks of index that are bound the market to show the pace. The stocks are Reliance and HDFC twins. IT stocks have performed very well in this scenario. You can do swing trades. But be cautious.

Intraday traders? Stock specific action is happening accros the maret and you cn take advantage of it. The worst part is that the a minor bad news will affect badly. Stock can fall like anything. You need to be very cautios.

Overall The sentiments are mixed and nondirectional. It's very hard to justify the trade.

How I learned savings in my young age. | Money saving tip.

There is no right age for saving money. When you were a toddler, your parents must have already started saving for you. Now, you are at that age where you understand the concept of saving. You can start right away.             I remember when I was very young my parents bought me a Gullak (piggy bank). It was made out of tin (not a regular clay vessel). My parents were wise enough to share the lesson of savings with me. They regularly gave me some pocket money with a condition that half of the money must go into gullak. I always use to put half of my pocket money in gullak. Rest of the money I spent and left everything I put again in gullak. This habit developed a sense of saving inside my mind. Which tremendously helped me in my coming years. So, one by one I filled 5 gullaks with hard cash. They were very heavy to carry.               In school, my classmates came on a b...
