        My name is Ravi Khatri. I belong to the small town Deesa of Gujarat. Born Gujarati but by blood Marwadi. I have completed my B.Sc. in Physics honors.

 

        Very fond of numbers and graphs. Love traveling, reading books, meeting new people. As a Gujarati fond of food.

        I started my corporate journey in 2010 from an MNC in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Then Shifted to Silvassa in 2013. I had a great time there. While working I felt like missing something in life. Though I was earning well apart from the money I wanted something else.


        I started my investment journey in 2011 as per my relative's suggestion. I started SIP and worked well. With that money, I bought a small house. I learned that how small an amount invested can create a huge difference in life. The compound effect works so well over time. 


        I felt low and monotonous at work. I started thinking about a new venture. At last, I came to the decision, why not start spreading awareness of financial products. If I can do it anybody can do it. then I got ARN in 2018 and started working will multiple AMC's. I got good training and supportive people. 


        Now I am passionate about my work and love it. People who are connected with me are also very happy.

           There is no right age for saving money. When you were a toddler, your parents must have already started saving for you. Now, you are at that age where you understand the concept of saving. You can start right away.             I remember when I was very young my parents bought me a Gullak (piggy bank). It was made out of tin (not a regular clay vessel). My parents were wise enough to share the lesson of savings with me. They regularly gave me some pocket money with a condition that half of the money must go into gullak. I always use to put half of my pocket money in gullak. Rest of the money I spent and left everything I put again in gullak. This habit developed a sense of saving inside my mind.
